Sunsation

As a family of three couples and two small babies, Sunsation was the perfect house for our stay. The separate bedrooms were great to provide us with our own space, while the living room and decks were very comfortable and had spectacular views.
The fully equipped kitchen was a dream to cook in and had everything we needed.
Everything was very clean and super comfortable. We loved the location and the short stroll to the beach every day.

We had an excellent week at Sunsation. The house is well stocked, nice furnishings, comfortable beds and the perfect location. Clara, the caretaker, took care of us perfectly. The fresh flowers throughout the house were a nice touch. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and listening to the ocean. Definitely recommend this property!!

First off, Monica took fantastic care of us. She met us at the dock with a van and helped us move six coolers and a bunch of supplies to the house with a smile. Then, my wife lost her phone in the middle of the trip and Monica activated the Hope Town network. The phone was found and returned very quickly.

We spend 2-3 vacations a year in rental houses, and we cook a lot. This house’s kitchen was the best stocked kitchen we have experienced.

The views from the house were amazing. We loved the location, which was in between the Settlement and White Sound. The two grocery stores were right around the corner. We kept our boat at the Sunset Exclusive docks - which was also close by - and a shout out to Junior, who was also great.

While it would not prevent me from staying here again, the grill was weird. It was a countertop grill place on the deck. I had to kneel to use it. It was out of place for a property of this caliber.

After several trips as a kid, I was able to visit with my husband and children and they experienced the magic that is Hope Town!

Monica was amazing and supported our travels all along the way, not a simple trip with 12 people, but Monica made it easy. We would rent Sunsation over and over, but two things to keep in mind, the second bedroom is separate and might not be ideal with little kids, better for tweens/teens are multiple couples. And no laundry, but laundry service is available down the road.

We had an amazing stay at Sunsation. It’s location was perfect, close to the beach and fun local spots but still felt private. We loved the back patio area, awesome breezes and a great place to chill. The separate locations of the bedrooms was perfect also. The home was nice and clean and Monica was a pleasure to deal with.

Great house layout with guest rooms, and an amazing outdoor deck space with comfortable seating and great breezes. Close to beach access and a short golf cart ride or walk to restaurants etc. Monica was a pleasure! Great memories at SunSation

Great property for rental. Perfect for 6 people. Close to the beach and all other amenities with a golf cart.
