Out family had the most wonderful time at South Beach ! It is such a great house. Everything was perfect. Jess and Brandon were always very available to us if we needed them. We loved the pool and all of the nice space inside the house. We absolutely recommend this house to anyone. We had 4 babies and it was perfect for them too. Fabulous vacation!!

We absolutely loved South Beach! The house was wonderful. We had everything we needed. Our babies loved the pool and the deck. The location is great, close to everything. Jess and Brandon were the best caretakers ever and were always there for us! We will definitely be back!! Wonderful trip.

We shared South Beach with another family of 3 for a comfortable total of 6, and everything was perfecto. Super house and pool looking over the beautiful ocean. Jess and Brandon were so helpful and nice to us. Saving up for a return hopefully soon.

This was our first time at this house (South Beach), but not with Elbow Cay Rentals. The staff at the rental company is awesome and the house was great for us and our friends. We had two couples and three children in our party. The kids loved the pool and beach and we all loved the big open kitchen with bar seating and living areas on both sides of it. It’s not the newest/fanciest house we’ve ever rented but it was in great shape, very comfy, and suited us perfectly. We would definitely rent it again.

My family loved South Beach! This is a great house. It was plenty of space for our family of 4. Beautiful ocean views! The kitchen is well equipped. The pool was an added bonus! The house is in a perfect location. Conveniently located to so many of our favorite places...Firefly Inn, On Da Beach, Mackeys, Abaco Inn. A quick golf cart ride to all of these places. We kept our boat at Sunset Dockage, which is also close by. Brandon & Jess were so helpful and friendly. We communicated often before our trip, which made our arrival go very smoothly. We hope to be back soon to South Beach!

Renters should note, house is listed with a pool. The pool was damaged during the storm and is not working, so make sure to verify if important to you. We were not told this beforehand. The location of this house is PERFECT! It was right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars we love. Overall, the house served its purpose and pictures on website are true to life. Very well stocked.... Living room furniture needs to be replaced with something more comfortable for the evenings...outdoor patio furniture and cushions style . It was great to see all the progress Elbow is making...

We had a great experience renting over the Christmas and New Year holidays! We were a family of five (2 adults, and 3 grown kids) and this house allowed each to have their own bedroom. The house is right on a beauiful beach, and a great design with an open floor plan and everything needed for a comfortable stay. It’s not new, but has been recently “refreshed”. We loved its location on the island - close enough to Abaco Inn, Firefly and On Da Beach to walk if needed. Our caretakers, Jess and Brandon were the best and took care of our every need, picking us up from the ferry with all our luggage and provisions during an unexpected downpour and by the time we got to the house in our golf carts, they had already unloaded everything! They were our caretakers at a previous rental so we wanted to make sure we rented a house that they were looking after again - they were the best!
