Lookout House is located on the northern end of Elbow Cay and nestled in the heart of the lush, tropical landscape. Elevated to treetop levels, there are stunning ocean and Abaco sound views from the wraparound deck.
Lookout House is fully air-conditioned but can also catch the tropical breezes when the weather is cooler. Inside are all the comforts of a well-built, Bahamian cottage offering comfortable furnishings and amenities - providing all you need to enjoy this home. The main floor has a king size master bedroom with its own bathroom. There is a spacious queen bedroom and twin bedroom. The queen bedroom and the twin bedroom share a bathroom in the hallway.
The kitchen is well-stocked and the adjacent dining and living room are surrounded by sliding glass doors allowing for lots of natural light. Upstairs is a loft study with partial ocean views. It’s a comfortable nook for a quiet read.
Lookout House is less than a five minute walk to Nathan’s Bay beach, the reefs on the eastern oceanside, and the north end public dock. A short golf cart ride or a pleasant walk will take you right into the historic settlement of Hope Town.
The addition of a new generator will make this the perfect respite for your holiday!
The north end dock can accommodate up to a 32' boat, first come first serve basis.
Weekly rate ranges from $2350 - $2450
