Smaller groups can rent either the Beach House which has 2 bedrooms sleeping 6 people OR the Main House which has 4 bedrooms which can accommodate up to 11 people in four bedrooms. Either property can be reserved for $11,825.00 inclusive of all taxes. The empty unit will not be rented separately.
Weekly rate ranges from $9500 - $19,200
Rates are determined by number of people and seasons. Rates are subject to change and/or adjust even after rentals begin if the number of guests change.

This was my seventh stay at Leapin' Lizard. It is beautiful, peaceful and the ocean is right out the door. There is ample space for groups activities as well as individual space for alone time.Every time I visit, there have been renovations that make it more spectacular. This year a new specious primary suite with ocean view has been added. There is a large deck off the primary bedroom and large living (gathering) room that is on the ocean.A large glass enclosed dining area looks out on a tropical garden.Leapin' Lizard provides a wonderful stay for a group or a couple or a family.It is just a short golf cart ride to the settlement (town) for shopping and dining.

The place is i creditable , I have stayed there 4 times. Each time I stay there , they keep making improvements to the place . They have added more inclosed eating places, and the enlargement of the one of the master bedrooms, right on the water❤️. I would get up each morning and start my day off with a cup of coffee watching the sun come up. It’s a great place to unwind and relax. Great for a large family . So clean and beautifully decorated. I am going back the end of July. Looking so forward to it.

Great home with lovely views. The week we spent in Elbow Cay at Leapin's Lizard was exactly what we needed. Being right on the water made sunrise and sunset a magnificent event. Clean, spacious, and we had everything we needed from full kitchens to family dining areas. Our kids loved the pool and games provided. We found good places to eat and drink and Tahiti Beach was a favorite activity with its white sands, clear water, and reefs to snorkel about. This is one of our favorite vacation spots.

We enjoyed the views of the ocean incredible sunsets and sunrises. The artworks around the property are amazing. I have never had a more relaxing time on vacation. You will not be disappointed. The rooms , the pool, the really neat outdoor double bed allows you to lay back watch the stars and listen to the ocean. I can only say wow and most definitely would visit again.

We took seven of our quilting friends for a needlework retreat. Lots and lots of wonderful open spaces to sit and stitch. The rooms and facilities were spectacular, comfortable, clean, and decorated with fabulous handmade quilts wallhangings, stained glass, and artwork.The views of the ocean were spectacular. We strolled on the beach and collected shells and memorabilia. We toured the little city and ate at several of the wonderful restaurants.This facility is top notch and I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone who wants a thoroughly fantastic vacation..

I have visited Leapin Lizards three times, it is a magnificent experience every time I visit, The setting and accommodations are spectacular, The beach is at your doorstep, the pool area is first class, if you want shade the garden room is your spot. The tropical garden can be viewed from a hammock or swing . There is an outside shower and a four poster bed on the beach side deck for sunning. Plenty of space inside for group activities or to be alone. The bedrooms and living areas are beautifully decorated as are the bathrooms in each bedroom. Fully equipped kitchens (4 of them)Leapin Lizards is just a golf cart ride away from eating establishments, the grocery store and other activities on the island. A great plae for all ages.

8 day stay, 14 people in our party and there was more than enough space for everyone. Beautiful views from the seaside deck where we watched the sunrise every day of our visit as well as the many decks and wrap around walkways that offer the ability for 360 degree views of the island. Conveniently located , thoroughly enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool and deck area were a favorite congregation spot offering sun, shade or swimming. Appreciated the many kitchens that offered individual food and drink prep as well as the third floor kitchen and family area that provided space for games and meals together as a whole group. It was an amazing vacation and the trips to Elbow Cay keep getting better each time and this was the best so far. We look forward to our next trip and hope to stay here again.

Leapin Lizard is the perfect get away for a large group or for a small one. We had the luxury of both being directly poolside and at the beach. The accommodations were A+. Sitting on the Oceanside deck in the morning watching the sunrise and water just breathtaking. I loved that it was centrally located on the island to be minutes away from restaurants, center of Hope Town, Tahiti Beach, and the grocery store, but situated that you felt secluded. Highly recommend this! Would definitely stay there again!

The property was warm, beautifully decorated, accommodating, and spacious. The family atmosphere was unforgettable! Our family and friends gathered together during the day and enjoyed lunch while we lounged around the pool and deck area. We really enjoyed playing in the pristine beach waters out front and trying a little bit of surfing on our adventurous days. During the evenings we would sit out on the beachfront deck in the ocean breeze and gaze the amazing night stars, while our food was grilling to perfection near the pool deck. So much to do including swimming/snorkeling, exploring the island on golf carts, playing games / cards, and excursions to surrounding islands! We most enjoyed our relaxing times. It was a treat being able to lay on a beachfront bed and get some fresh air and rays. What a delightful time! Thanks you so much for the great memories with our family and friends!
