Conch Quest is a lovely 2 bedroom/1.5 bathrooms, 2 level beachfront home overlooking the beautiful Atlantic Ocean. The home features spectacular views from the kitchen, living room, bedroom & the back deck. Guests will enjoy stunning sunrises to start off their day while sipping coffee from the outside deck. Just off the deck you will find a short path leading to steps that takes you down to a beautiful white sandy beach.

The spacious recently updated bedroom has a queen-size bed with all new linens. The living area has a brand new very comfortable queen sleeper sofa. This home has a well-equipped kitchen with new stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar for dining and lots of counter space for cooking. The outside deck has a table for 4 overlooking the ocean for al fresco dining.

Sea Spray Marina is a 5 minute walk away with boat slips available as well as an outdoor bar/restaurant. The Abaco Inn, Tahiti Beach, Fire Fly and On Da Beach are all a few minute ride by golf cart, with Hope Town only 10-12 minutes away by cart.

We stayed at Conch Quest in May 2024 and it was great! The primary bedroom was the perfect place to wake up every morning listening to the surf. The deck was amazing for coffee in the morning (under the umbrella as it was already HOT in the morning!) and also a great place to watch the stars.
The location was perfect for us as we rented a boat and kept it at Sea Spray marina. Would recommend if you want ocean side property.
