Conch Pearl is the perfect island getaway for a gathering of friends. This delightful home is located at Elbow Cay’s north end -just over a mile from the settlement of Hope Town and an easy walk or bike ride away. Set one lot back from Nathan’s Bay’s protected waters, Conch Pearl also is within a five-minute walk to the north side beach perfect for body surfing, hunting for sea glass, and snorkeling while the bayside beach is ideal for a relaxing afternoon’s float.
The main living area is open-concept with vaulted ceilings, comfortable seating areas, a well-stocked kitchen with bar seating around the kitchen island. The wine cooler is a thoughtful touch. The exterior of Conch Pearl will not disappoint with an area great for gathering around the fire pit, taking a dip in the hot tub, catching a Caribbean sunset, or grilling your day’s catch.
There are four well-appointed bedrooms-one with a king, two with queens, and the fourth bedroom has one queen and one single bed.
The north end dock is a very short walk from the house with slips that will accommodate up to a 32’ boat. Dockage is available on a first come, first serve, basis.
