This house is situated on the north end where it is quiet! The beach is incredible! We love the house! The open living room dining room and kitchen worked out great for entertaining! It was fantastic!

Everyone from Elbow Cay Properties was so helpful and responsive during the booking process and for the duration of our stay, especially Carrie and Francois. Do not hesitate to book a property with them and visit Hopetown. This was our second visit to Close Quarters and we will be back. We love the quiet North End and the unbeatable view from every room. The kitchen is fully stocked, wifi worked well, and we never had an issue with the electricity.

ECP was easy to work with and very responsive. House is cozy, liked the layout and the view is gorgeous. Great beach and calm water. Close proximity to dock is wonderful. House was well stocked and AC worked great! Bathroom shower doors need repairs and bathrooms are tiny. Biggest complaint is no access to washer and dryer. I knew this ahead of time so no fault of owners or rental company. However, I underestimated the time it took to go get my laundry done in town. Next time if I rented Close Quarters i would arrange laundry services every few days ahead of my trip.

Loved the views! The beach outside the door felt like our private oasis.
Easy walk into settlement. Multiple decks made for comfortable lounging if we wanted to spread out. Golf cart made shopping easier. Spectacular sunsets! House well furnished—bathrooms very small & shower doors need repair... both bathrooms. Plenty of linens/towels and kitchen well supplied for cooking/entertaining.
ECP was very easy to work with, great about meeting us on arrival and picking us up & taking us to ferry for 7 am departure. Thank you to Francois & Mary& Brittany for your professional and friendly assistance whenever needed!
Would definitely recommend or rent again.
