Walk to the beach or around town Pink Coral is close to a beautiful beach, stores and restaurants. Vernon’s for Groceries and fresh baked bread just two doors down. With the windows open we could hear the surf. Cozy furniture and Probably the most comfortable bed we have had in a rental home. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did quite a bit of cooking. The folks at Elbow Cay Properties were very welcoming- met us at the dock and brought us up to the house. Anything we needed was promptly delivered. Francois, Lori, Sharon, and Jessie are awesome. Property is very well managed. We rented a cart from Wilma at Elbow Cay Cart rentals and explored the rest of the island. Amazing dinner at Firefly. Great food and drinks at Abaco Inn as well. Found ourselves at Cap’n Jacks several times because it was so convenient just 100 steps from Pink Coral. Enjoyed many long walks on the beach. We love Hope Town and will be back!

We had an awesome 2 weeks at Pink Coral! From the moment we arrived we were met by friendly and helpful staff members. The house was beautiful, and the location was great - close to everything. We visited Mr. Vernon’s Grocery Store quite a bit which was steps away and enjoyed Monday night bingo at Capn’ Jacks Restaurant & Bar. The beach was amazing, and we had it to ourselves almost every day. The house had everything we wanted, and we will definitely be back!

This is a wonderful house that is well stocked and maintained. It is a great location in town and is close to the beach and Captain Jack's Restaurant.

Pink Coral was a wonderful place to vacation. The accommodation for four people was very comfortable, clean and an excellent location. The beach, restaurants, shops and ferry are only steps away. Sitting on the front porch relaxing with a good book, cocktail and greeting the passers by was so enjoyable. Recommend Pink Coral and would stay again!!

Affordable,in town location. New appliances, clean, good a/c and showers, all the basics. Beach chairs would be a great addition!

Pink Coral was perfect for our family of 4! The kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The coffee machine was the right size for making approx 3 cups. Spacious living kitchen and dining. It was great that 1 bath was downstairs and the other bath was upstairs with the 2 bedrooms. The location was ideal for walking around Hope Town, to the beach and the harbor. Both the front and back porches had ample seating. Didn’t use the charcoal grill but good to have.
Communication was excellent via email and App. Stopped by office which is right next door and enjoyed talking to Sharon.
A few suggestions; level refrigerator it shakes when you’re moving around in the kitchen, replace couch with a sleeper sofa or daybed, enclose outside shower for privacy, add a retractable clothesline on back porch for wet towels, twin bedroom ceiling fan and far side lamp in primary bedroom need a new light bulb, ceiling air filter needs to be changed in primary bedroom. These are all minor and did not negatively impact our stay. We will be back!!

When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised at how bright, airy and very clean this house is. Post card material! ... It's clearly been updated with stainless steel kitchen appliances, and super comfy beds and linens. Bonus points for having a fully stocked kitchen to boot.We loved the 1 min walk to the wicked - not busy - sandy beach and then hit the grocery & liquor store for some mid-afternoon bevies again only 1 min away. We finished our days off by using the back deck bbq and enjoying the warm breeze with a local cold rum in hand. .. and listening to our favorite airplay-ed- tunes via newly installed 5G-wifi!! [this is valuable add-on here, folks]What a perfect place to relax.! thank you Pink Coral, we will be returning soon!

Lovely cottage, conveniently located next to Vernon’s Grocery. Can smell the fresh bread baking! Close to the beach. Can hear the Ocean waves. Around the corner from Captain Jack’s. We’ll appointed clean cottage. Highly recommend for a couple with two children.

The house was perfect for us. Lots of space, well equipped, amazing location! Short walk to the most beautiful sunrise on the beach, quiet but close to everything.

Pink Coral was perfect for our family of 4. Very clean, bright and well furnished. Right in the heart of the town and easy access to the beach. Lovely covered front porch where you can sit outside and avoid the direct sunlight or be sheltered by rain. We would definitely rent Pink Coral again.

My family of four loved our stay at Pink Coral. We loved the location, one house away from Vernon's grocery store and his fresh bread was perfect. Just a quick walk down the street to the beach, easy to get to everything. The outdoor shower made it easy to wash off the sand. Highly recommend Pink Coral!

I stayed at Pink Coral from April 27-May 4th. It was a beautiful house, super clean, with a ton of cute beach accents and decor. The rental company were very friendly, accommodating, and very easy to contact if needed. It is located in a great location, just a short walk to everything including the beautiful beaches. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone!

Elbow Cay is a wonderful community. Lots of character, plenty of restaurants, decent selection of grocery items and wonderful beaches and walking. Remember, this is a 100 year old cottage, not a five star resort. Very comfortable for our stay.

During our annual Hopetown holiday we were lucky enough to enjoy the beauty, privacy and history of the Sea Loft house. The private ocean views from every room are captivating and soul soothing so much so that we found ourselves dining in most days. The well equipped kitchen also helped. While our toddler napped after fun, long beach days, we had the picturesque breezy deck to retreat too. I enjoyed reading, especially all the lovely guest book entries over the years which some even moved me to tears. Sea Loft is a special place indeed.

Overall; very nice accommodations. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting living room space.
Recommendations; more hangers in bedroom closet or hooks on back of door (bathrooms too) & a usable closet in bedroom near front door.
Please note: ice maker on counter was not usable during our stay as it had mold & bugs. Instructed cleaner at our departure & she cleaned immediately

Wonderful house with views that are better than pictures can relay.

The Sea Loft was such a gem. It's brand new and the owners thought of every detail. From the state of the art AC units and appliances, to the cooking utensils, furnishings, and family games, everything was impeccable. The only concern we had was extending the length of the outside stairs to the first deck in the back. It is deceiving when you step down in the dark. Other than that, this property is unbelievable. I'll never forget waking up to the sound of the waves and the view from every room in the house! It was just magical.

We had a great trip back to Hope Town. We wanted to rent a home close to town with a dock for our boat. Sea Loft was conveniently located and had a nice dock available. The property is so beautiful with views from the harbour and the ocean. The one downside was the steepness of the ramp but we got up and down just fine. This house is off the grid with its own solar power and generator. We did run into quite a few issues with the generator not turning on when the solar ran out of power. Once was after the storm and the management company had the maintenance man there within a couple of hours. Second time was on our last night around 12:30 am and we could not reach anyone until 6 the next morning. The house got really hot because there was no cross breeze. Despite the minor hiccups, I would 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. There were board games and coloring books for days when the weather was crummy. We also ate a lot of meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies needed.

We spent a week earlier this month at Sea Loft and can’t say enough about this beautiful property. There are photos online that are lovely but they don’t pay justice to how stunning the home is. With floor to ceiling windows and and covered porch all around the house, the view of the foliage and blue ocean is everywhere. Sea Loft was recently built and the entire home is spotless and beautifully furnished with coastal furnishings in keeping with the area. The owners added thoughtful personal touches throughout which made us feel welcomed and the artwork, furniture and amenities are top notch and classy. Their commitment to the environment is evident with solar panels on the roof.
There are private stairs that take you down to the ocean where we could walk on the beach and they also have a small deck to sun and overlook the ocean, too, where we drank coffee and cocktails.

The rental property did a great job of accommodating us by meeting us in Elbow Cay at the ferry from Marsh Harbor, handling our luggage and taking us to Sea Loft, spending a few minutes to familiarize us withheld home and surroundings. They helped us with our departure at the end of the week, too.

We are already talking about renting again next year. We are very seasoned travelers and decided that in all the places we have traveled and stayed in lovely hotels, resorts and Airbnb properties, Sea Loft is the most beautiful property of all!

Our stay at the Sea Loft was absolutely amazing! We truly cannot explain the beauty of this home/property. The location, view, decor, layout, amenities, and cleanliness were extraordinary. Between waking up to the ocean view, to falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean’s waves, we were truly blown away. We were also so impressed with the hints of historical significance throughout this home—you truly feel the hard work that was put into re-building this slice of paradise. We promise your stay at the Sea Loft will be a trip to remember!!

Working with Elbow Cay Properties certainly streamlined our trip to HopeTown and offers a wealth of information for any and all of the activities that you can experience in HopeTown. In addition Steve, the property manager was extremely helpful and very responsive to our questions.
Everyone should experience HopeTown at least once on their life!

We enjoyed a wonderful family New Years vacation in Hopetown! Inis Mo Chroi is truly a gem and was perfectly suited to our holiday needs in every way. The villa is situated in a breathtaking beachfront location, we truly loved our morning coffee in the gazebo, watching the tides roll in! The amenities of Hopetown are merely steps away, and a perfect excuse to walk off the extra Christmas calories! Inis Mo Chroi is an extremely clean and very well maintained property, the property manager was very attentive and ensured all of our questions were quickly answered. We would highly recommend this property, and we hope to return one day soon!

Six of us enjoyed Abacos Islands and this beautiful home on the beach. The reef out back is amazing! We saw bottlenose dolphin playing in the ocean, and enjoyed paradise for a fun get-a-way!

We have been to Hope Town many times since 2007. We have stayed in different homes including the Abaco Inn and the Hope Town Harbor Lodge. This is such a great home. Hope Town Hideaways got it at the last minute. We got marries at St Francis de Sales and stayed here the rest of the week. We will be back.

This is our 4th year in a row at Inis! We love this house!!!Weather wasn’t perfect this time but everything else was. Hopefully we’ll be back for the fifth time.

We are back again! The 1st time I signed your book was 10 years ago. This is our 5th visit to Elbow Cay and every time it gets better (if possible). What a great cottage. Walking distance to everything in the settlement!

This little cottage has everything you need. Outdoor Shower, wrap around decks with some covered areas, very nice view of the Light House. The kitchen is very, very well appointed with everything you could possibly need (pots, pans, tools). We utilized the Weber Gas grill every day.

The location is 50 feet from the private wet slip for your center console (It was plenty for my 30ft'er). Captain Jacks is not even a quarter of a block down the path and the "golf cart lot" is a short, very shaded and pleasant walk into the town's epicenter.

We've stayed on Elbow Cay many, many times going back well into the 80's and I've never stayed in the actual settlement--Red Fish, Blue Fish has changed that attitude...will definitely be back!!!

We stayed here for a week in January of 2024. The property was as described; clean, well maintained and had all the amenities we needed for a great week in Hopetown. The service was awesome. From the personal greeting at the ferry dockto the immediate response to a minor problem with the hot water heater. Hopetown was fun, be sure to rent a golf cart in advance. Beaches, swimming, restaurants and just the charm of wandering around Hope Town itself. It was a great vacationin a wonderful cottage.

We have been vacationing in Hopetown for 30 years, and Elbow Cay Properties are amazing. Everybody from the administration staff to François and others that greet you at the ferry dock are so efficient, friendly, and pleasant to deal with. The homes are always well kept in well-stocked, and it was another tremendous 2 week stay! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The house was very clean and the front and back Poarch were used every day. The AC was fantastic on those hot and muggy days. Beds were perfect and in conclusion I will rent this house again.

It is exactly as pictured and more. It comes with all the things you need for a great trip. Great location close to Capt. Jacks, and a quick walk to the local areas and beaches on the Atlantic side. It seems little further from the golf cart parking lot but it's a quick walk.
The wrap around porch is wonderful with amazing views. The outdoor shower was a hit with the family.
Does have Wifi, Generator, TV, and appliances.
The power did go out almost every day but we hardly noticed because the generator kicked on immediately and never left us hanging. Don't hesitate, book RFBF!

This house was absolutely perfect for my mom and I. It was very clean, and we had everything we needed. The kitchen was stocked the most stocked kitchen I have ever seen in a rental. Perfectly located in the heart of Hope Town. I will definitely stay here again the next time I visit!
