This house is amazing! Very clean and fun outdoor area for a group of people! The beach access is unlike any other place I have ever been! It was an amazing experience and will definitely be staying here again!!

Our vacation in Hope Town, Bahamas was absolutely unforgettable. From the crystal-clear turquoise water to the charm of the island itself, every day felt peaceful and authentic. The people were incredibly welcoming, the food was outstanding, and the relaxed pace reminded us what true island living feels like.
The beauty of Hope Town is hard to put into words — colorful cottages, golf carts instead of traffic, breathtaking sunsets, and some of the most beautiful beaches we’ve ever seen. Whether we were boating, exploring the island, or simply enjoying coffee overlooking the harbor, every moment felt special.
If you are looking for a destination that combines natural beauty, tranquility, and genuine Bahamian charm, Hope Town is a place you will never forget. We are already looking forward to coming back.

This was our first visit to Elbow Cay and it exceeded all expectations. We had a golf cart for our entire visit but we usually just walked to town as it was less than 1/2 mile. The house was very clean, modern and well stocked with tons of porch space where we spent much of our time. We did miss not having a washer/dryer but this was a very minor inconvenience and we understand the need for this. The boat we rented was also super convenient, docked right behind the house on Nigh Creek.

Sea Loft on Elbow Cay offers one of the most beautiful and private setting with amazing oceanfront views from inside the home and out. Spacious living areas and bedrooms , large covered porches to enjoy the view! Great private boatslip across the street on Nigh Creek to see the rest of the Abacos and all the area has to offer. Love the Hopetown vibe and carolina cottages .

We rented a boat (from cat‘s paw rental - recommendable) and were very happy to have a dock (max boat length 23-26ft) and still have the magnificient view from 30 ft above sealevel of the turquois water and the Atlantic ocean.
The house is very charming and very well maintained. As a hint warm water just takes a moment and the 2 double beds are more European size than King size.
All in all, we can highly recommend Sealoft.

Place was very nice, and a really good location.. we never received a key to the property, so just had to keep it unlocked.. The front bed had a bug issue, with many bugs in and around the bed.. aside from that, all was very nice

The four of us loved everything about this house. No problems or issues with anything and your staff was extremely helpful and friendly!

During our annual Hopetown holiday we were lucky enough to enjoy the beauty, privacy and history of the Sea Loft house. The private ocean views from every room are captivating and soul soothing so much so that we found ourselves dining in most days. The well equipped kitchen also helped. While our toddler napped after fun, long beach days, we had the picturesque breezy deck to retreat too. I enjoyed reading, especially all the lovely guest book entries over the years which some even moved me to tears. Sea Loft is a special place indeed.

Overall; very nice accommodations. Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, inviting living room space.
Recommendations; more hangers in bedroom closet or hooks on back of door (bathrooms too) & a usable closet in bedroom near front door.
Please note: ice maker on counter was not usable during our stay as it had mold & bugs. Instructed cleaner at our departure & she cleaned immediately

Wonderful house with views that are better than pictures can relay.

The Sea Loft was such a gem. It's brand new and the owners thought of every detail. From the state of the art AC units and appliances, to the cooking utensils, furnishings, and family games, everything was impeccable. The only concern we had was extending the length of the outside stairs to the first deck in the back. It is deceiving when you step down in the dark. Other than that, this property is unbelievable. I'll never forget waking up to the sound of the waves and the view from every room in the house! It was just magical.

We had a great trip back to Hope Town. We wanted to rent a home close to town with a dock for our boat. Sea Loft was conveniently located and had a nice dock available. The property is so beautiful with views from the harbour and the ocean. The one downside was the steepness of the ramp but we got up and down just fine. This house is off the grid with its own solar power and generator. We did run into quite a few issues with the generator not turning on when the solar ran out of power. Once was after the storm and the management company had the maintenance man there within a couple of hours. Second time was on our last night around 12:30 am and we could not reach anyone until 6 the next morning. The house got really hot because there was no cross breeze. Despite the minor hiccups, I would 100% recommend this home for a family vacation. There were board games and coloring books for days when the weather was crummy. We also ate a lot of meals at home and the kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking supplies needed.

We spent a week earlier this month at Sea Loft and can’t say enough about this beautiful property. There are photos online that are lovely but they don’t pay justice to how stunning the home is. With floor to ceiling windows and and covered porch all around the house, the view of the foliage and blue ocean is everywhere. Sea Loft was recently built and the entire home is spotless and beautifully furnished with coastal furnishings in keeping with the area. The owners added thoughtful personal touches throughout which made us feel welcomed and the artwork, furniture and amenities are top notch and classy. Their commitment to the environment is evident with solar panels on the roof.
There are private stairs that take you down to the ocean where we could walk on the beach and they also have a small deck to sun and overlook the ocean, too, where we drank coffee and cocktails.

The rental property did a great job of accommodating us by meeting us in Elbow Cay at the ferry from Marsh Harbor, handling our luggage and taking us to Sea Loft, spending a few minutes to familiarize us withheld home and surroundings. They helped us with our departure at the end of the week, too.

We are already talking about renting again next year. We are very seasoned travelers and decided that in all the places we have traveled and stayed in lovely hotels, resorts and Airbnb properties, Sea Loft is the most beautiful property of all!

Our stay at the Sea Loft was absolutely amazing! We truly cannot explain the beauty of this home/property. The location, view, decor, layout, amenities, and cleanliness were extraordinary. Between waking up to the ocean view, to falling asleep to the sounds of the ocean’s waves, we were truly blown away. We were also so impressed with the hints of historical significance throughout this home—you truly feel the hard work that was put into re-building this slice of paradise. We promise your stay at the Sea Loft will be a trip to remember!!

This cottage was perfect for our family of 4. It was very well stocked with paper products and towels. We would definitely stay here again!

Tranquil Cottage is a lovely setting to view the harbor of Hope Town. Sit on the porch, keep track of boats and dinghy’s, wave at people as they wander around the settlement. All this and a cozy 2 bedroom home to rest your head at the end of the day.

Everything was fine. Many things are missing which I assume get taken or broken and not replaced.

We spent a week in early March 2024 in this delightful two bedroom, two full bath cottage. Excellent location for beaching and boating in the settlement with a lovely view of the harbor, set off the cart path with a front lawn and relaxing front porch. Kitchen is large and immaculate with an open floor plan to the sitting area and table. Simple elegance in design, with very comfortable furniture. A side porch with table allowed us to host a lovely dinner party. Only thing missing were a couple of beach chair!

Excellent. A lovely home, well maintained and in a great location. Boat and dock just yards away in front and that amazing Atlantic beach a couple of hundred yards behind - Perfect!

Easy for docking and keeping a boat

We are coming to the end of a 17 day stay on Elbow Cay and have had a wonderful time. Tranquil Cottage, with a dock just yards away in front and with the magnificent Atlantic beach a few hundred yards behind is ideally located for anyone into beach and boating. The cottage has great character, is very well equipped and clearly recently renovated. Elbow Cay Properties have been efficient, responsive and helpful, throughout. We will be back.

This was our second time in this cottage. It is a great spot and a nice little house. The boat slip is right in front and easy to see from the house. It has a nice covered patio and pretty yard. We will be back.

The house was beautiful. Everything went smoothly. We were met at the ferry and helped to the house. One of the doors could not lock, and was temporarily fixed, but the repair person did not return.

This was our first visit since Dorian. What a lovely home! The front porch was a perfect spot to watch the world go by and the side porch's gracious table made even working remotely pleasure. A wonderful week in Hope Town.

Water's Edge Main House was perfect for our family. Everything was as advertised and in working condition. The location was in the center of town and within walking distance of everything. View on front porch was spectacular. Stayed many times in Hopetown and this house was one of our favorites. Elbow Cay properties once again was spot on with their service.
