The house is so spacious and in a great area. Our 43ft center console fit wonderfully into the private space. Highly recommended for families or groups of friends.

Great Location, Beautiful Home

We are very very familiar with Elbow and have vacationed here many times both with the family and just the two of us...sometimes multiple times in a summer. Indicas is an exceptional house with a great location just north of White Sound. Easy to walk to the Abaco Inn on days a golf cart is scarce...also close to Mackey's and a convenience store. The boat dock is very protected and is either a short golf cart ride or walk away...we preferred the morning walk together. The house is set up well for either couples or adult children...small children as well. Very clean and brighth...open and spacious...plentiful rom and outside porches. Clean and open feel. Great views from the upper floor.

Issues we dealt with: Air conditioner on the main floor struggled to keep the main floor comfortable, upstairs AC was excellent (yes...we're familiar with the climate and AC). House literally had no pots and only one pan, we requested and they were delivered (not what you'd expect at $13,000 a week). The area around the dock was undergoing grading and excavation, which concerned us regarding moving the boat in and out of the slip )it is over now).

Possible concerns if you have small children, which we didn't: Areas near the stairs are not protected, that is, open areas exist where a small child could fall into the stairwell. Also...the most upper room, which we didn't use, doesn't have a railing around the stair opening, hence it would be very easy to simply fall into the stairwell.

We loved the house and location and will likely consider it again for return trips with couples in particular. I would say Indicas is about as good as it gets in the Abacos! Enjoy!

We were lucky to spend a week at Indicas in March of 2025. We had two families (4 adults/4 children) and there was plenty of room for everyone. We have stayed on the island in the past and love the convenient White Sound location. The house is well equipped and very comfortable. The dock for the house was extremely convenient. The dock is new and is only 1 minute from the house. It easily accommodated our 33' boat in a nice, sheltered location. If you are planning a trip, I would put Indicas high on your list! We will be back!!!! Also, this was our second time renting with Elbow Cay Vacations and they are AMAZING!! From booking to check in to check out, they are great!!! Thank you for a great trip!!!

Great house within walking distance to Sea Spray. Nothing fancy but very comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. The ceiling fans need to be replaced (loud and wobbly).

Was pleasantly surprised how cute and cozy and well-stocked kitchen. Would have liked Keurig though as had to bring my own. Better than pics and really enjoyed. The pool was nice though very heavy bleach. Loved the couch seating and superb location close to Seaspray. Grill worked great and nice pans and cold A/C and fridge. Very nice and would stay again!

Awesome vacation despite poor weather conditions. Abaco Rum Punch was perfectly located to everything we wanted to visit, including the marina. Great house with pool and fully equipped to meet all of our needs for a Bahama vacation!

This house was perfect for our family of 6 (4 adults, 2 children). Great location, walking distance to Sea Spray Marina. We had a boat for the week and it was nice to be close to our slip at Sea Spray (where the food and atmosphere is great). We wouldnt change a thing about the house or location. It was well stocked with everything we needed for the week.

We just finished a week at Abaco Rum Punch. The house was great. Very well stocked with everything. Rooms were nice. Great location if you are keeping your boat at Seaspray. The house manager met us at the dock and even helped us unload our stuff from boat to the house. The only negative was maybe the cleaners could have done a little better cleaning. (Under trash can / under furniture). All said we really enjoyed this house

We have spent many summers on Elbow and stayed in many homes. Abaco Rum Punch is now my favorite. We kept our boat at Sea Spray and it was a minute walk. Had beautiful views of the beach and the marina. House was fully equipped which is usually not the case. We had a small issue with water pump and Elbow Cay Properties was there in minutes to have to fixed! Had an awesome experience with Elbow Cay Properties! Highly recommend and will be staying there again!

House is immaculate, well maintained, completely stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, furnishings etc. Jamie met us at dock on arrival, escorted us to home, gave us thorough “tour” and explanation of house/pool/laundry etc—ARP is few minutes golf cart ride (shout out to Kemp’s cart rentals!) to groceries, beaches, restaurants —easy walk to Sea Spray and Abaco Inn.yard was landscaped with papaya, coconut palms and lush greenery around private pool. Our vacation at Abaco Rum Punch was terrific! The home was clean and kitchen very well stocked with pots and pans, etc. The bedrooms are on the main level, and kitchen/ living area was upstairs. This worked well for us, but something to note. An easy and short golf cart ride to beautiful Tahiti Beach in one direction, and about a 15 minute delightful golf cart ride to town. Beautiful views. We loved our stay at Rum Punch in Abaco!

The location was great. The house was not our favorite. Extremely outdated and the AC did not work in the downstairs bedroom. I was told there was not a washer and dryer but we found one underneath the house. The house manager was not very friendly but did everything we requested in a timely manner.

We had a wonderful week on Elbow Cay! Abaco Rum Punch was the perfect size for my husband and two children (they each had a bedroom). It was nice having the living room and kitchen upstairs, with the beautiful view of the Atlantic. My only disappointment was in looking at the pictures on-line, it appears that there is a dirt path to the beach. That is actually a private drive, and the beach access is a short walk/golf cart drive away. The beach there is not ideal for swimming/laying out, but Tahiti Beach, which is absolutely beautiful, is about a 5 minute golf cart ride away. Loved the location of this house and hope to rent next year!
