Welcome to Tahiti Sunset! Set in an unparalleled location just steps from the beautiful Tahiti Beach and recently renovated with all new furniture and appliances. The light and airy feel along with the spectacular beach views and landscaped garden give this house a truly tropical feel.
The house sleeps up to 10 guests with 2 King bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) and 1 Twin bedroom on the main floor. The top floor bedroom has two sets of hand-crafted bunk beds, ideal for kids and overflow guests. There is a full family bathroom on the main floor and another on the lower level.
The open plan living area features a kitchen, dining and living room. There is a 55” flat screen smart TV with satellite tv and satellite WiFi. Central A/C and ceiling fans keep the house cool. The kitchen is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances, gas cooker with griddle, Keurig coffee maker and more, making it easy to cook for family and friends. There is a bar area with barstools along with a dining table and chairs with feature chandelier.
The wrap around deck has a selection of comfortable teak furniture so you can relax and enjoy the many different views. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs, shaded by the arbor and a state-of-the-art Verity gas grill. Comfortable seating can also be found on the east side of the deck to enjoy morning sunrises and views of Tilloo Cut and Coconut Grove.
The Lookout deck at the top of the house is a popular spot, with bench seating, under bench lighting and table, boasting stunning 360-degree views. It is the perfect spot for cocktails while taking in the breathtaking sunsets over Tahiti Beach and stargazing after the sun has gone down.
Below the house there is an outside shower. There is a table tennis for guests to enjoy and 3 Paddle Boards are available separately to rent.
A brand-new generator ensures consistent power if there is an outage and there is a UV filter on the water supply.
A private dock slip is available accommodating boats up to 35 feet, at the Dorros Cove Dock which is conveniently located opposite the house.

Wonderful new home. Great finishes, location, and views. Dock is excellent and very convenient. Our only issue (which was a big one) was that it didn't cool down. It wouldn't get below 80 during the days high 70's during the nights ... which didn't make for good sleep. It would finally cool off around sunrise and then start working its way back up. Maybe they can address it.

Sorry for the delayed response. The condenser was failing after all the power problems in June, and as you know. We replaced it in early July. The rest of the summer went well.

Tahiti Sunset was just perfect. We spent most of our time on the porches and in the boat. The boat slip and access to Tahiti Beach was just what we were looking for. Boat to Beach to Dinner and repeat the next day and the next! Thank you for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back for another week ASAP!

We had a wonderful time in Elbow Cay. The people are so friendly. The home was clean and had every amenity you could imagine. A great location as well. Steps to Tahiti Beach and our boat dock. Fabulous memories as our daughter got engaged there.

Fabulous home, caretakers, owners—easy communication from booking to departure. We had multiple arrival and departure times accommodated seamlessly by caretaker—she was truly amazing.
Kitchen amenities exceeded expectations—we cooked at home most days and lacked nothing! Enjoyed beaches outside our doorstep every day, kayaks, shelling and sunrises/sunsets.
Cannot wait to return to this gem!
Home was clean, comfortable, with gorgeous upper deck for sunset & sunrise! Ping pong table a plus. Gardens and the morning chickens strolling through them delightful.

Tahiti Sunset is a beautiful and well maintained home. The main floor has three bedrooms and two bathrooms, one being en suite. The bunk room is on the second floor. As for the third bathroom, you must go out and down to the ground floor. Not the best for 6 adults, but in the end it all worked out just fine. The wrap around porch was used to have our morning coffee and the widows perch for sunset cocktails. The property is very clean and well maintained and the property manger was excellent. Tahiti Sunset is steps away from the beautiful Tahiti Beach and having a slip on the dock accommodated our boat rental. Golf cart rental is a must to get around. Great restaurants near by and the main town is a short drive away. We highly recommend Tahiti Sunset and would have rebooked the home for our 2020 visit, but unfortunately it was already booked.

Tahiti Sunset is in the BEST location in Hope Town. It is directly across from famous Tahiti Beach. The house is beautiful, spacious, updated, fully equipped, and comfortable. The house has everything you could want in a vacation rental.

Abaco has been a fantastic vacation spot for our family and friends for many years and this year was no different!! The people of Abaco are so friendly and the beautiful water and beaches are world class! Tahiti Sunset has been our home away from home and the new owners have made many improvements that have made our stays even more comfortable and enjoyable! We also really appreciate the excellent service provided by the home caretaker and all the staff at Elbow Cay Properties! We are already booked for next year!!
I stayed at Tahiti Sunset for a week with my husband, two small boys, and another family. The views from the house are spectacular, and we loved being so close to Tahiti Beach. The house is located close to the dock, which makes boating easy. The house was very clean, and the furniture/decor were very nice.
