Wonderful location of house. Close to everything in the downtown area and the docks. House was clean and very well decorated. Plenty of linens and the kitchen was well stocked. The rental company was very professional and went above and beyond when we had a water issue. We will definitely use this company again.

Mandalay was even better than expected. Tastefully decorated with all the amenities you would need for an extended stay in Hope Town. There are 3 full bathrooms, one for each of the back bedrooms and one in the main living area which can be used for the twin bedded room. The home is centrally located, right next to Vernon's bakery and convenient store. The main grocery store, Munchies snack shop, Captain Jack's restaurant and Wine Down Sip Sip restaurant are only minutes walk away. The included dock slip was a bonus as we had rented a boat for the week and was a short walk to Mandalay. The only thing that was lacking was access to a washer and dryer, though we understand the limited water and the high cost of electricity. Perhaps consider, a nominal charge per load for guests staying 7 days or more. We would stay again on our next visit to Hope Town!

We had a wonderful time at Mandalay. The cottage was perfect for our group of 6 and the dock was convenient. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed and the location made for an easy time getting around. Even the beach at the end of the road was spectacular. We will certainly be back.

We were satisfied with our stay at the Mandalay last January and decided to rent it again. It has no steps which was nice for Seniors with bad knees. It is next door to a grocery store and close to everything that Hopetown has to offer. We liked that two of the bedrooms had their own bathrooms and a third bathroom was in the main living area. I would highly recommend this home for rent if planning a vacation to this wonderful island.

We stayed here for 2 weeks and were very comfortable. We had a water pressure issue for a few days and when we let the owners know they acted on it right away and it was just a filter needing to be changed. It was so nice to not deal with stairs and each bedroom had their own bathroom. The location was ideal.
Beautiful house. Been here before. Love it! Hope to be here again in December
