Our party of 8 had an amazing time staying at Crystal Waters. It was the perfect set up for our 4 adults and 4 kiddos. The views are amazing. The dock was perfect for our boat rental for a few days. We ate breakfast on the porch every morning overlooking the sea of Abaco. The kitchen was very well stocked. Proximity to Tahiti Beach was great. The caretaker was responsive and helpful. Would definitely rent this one again!

Top of the hill. Views of the ocean and the sea. Access to the dock is easy enough to walk but nice by golf cart since you are on top of the hill looking down. About a 1 minute boat ride to Tahiti Beach and Tiloo Cut. Definitely would recommend this location for a large group. We didn't use the smaller villas on the property but they would be ideal.

Our family vacation at Crystal Waters was perfect. This was our first year taking a baby along. The house was everything we needed for the family. Plenty of room in every area of the house. The views on both sides of the house are beautiful. It was nice having dockage for the boat. We had golf carts which is a must. You can’t go wrong with this property! The property Manager and Markison are great to work with.

Beautiful location with an exceptionally nice dock. Outside area very relaxing. House itself was clean, but one bathroom unusable due to a leaky pipe, which turned it unto a damp stinky room. Second floor had a nice bedroom with beautiful bathroom, other 3 bedrooms on main floor needs updating. Pool was cold and leaked, circulator didn't work. We've rented in the area in the past, and this wasn't our favourite experience. Overall we had fun, but the rental was a disappointment.

We had a great stay at Crystal Waters. It was the perfect house for our vacation. We were two families with kids. The house is very spacious and there was plenty of room for us to spread out. My only complaint was the washer dryer was locked up and we weren’t allowed to use it. I wish I had known that prior to the vacation. We packed sparingly and had to go to a local Marina to get our laundry done. That was a giant pain...especially while on vacation. The lack of washer dryer will deter me from renting the house in the future. Other than that, we had a nice stay!

We love Elbow Cay Rentals. The staff is phenomenal and the caretakers are some of the nicest folks on the island. The house is on a hill so you can watch the sun rise over the atlantic, and then set over the Sea of Abaco.
The house itself is older but has had some remodeling done. Exterior and yard in great shape. Interior is fine but does show some age. Amenities are as expected, with added bonus of private dock. Close to Abaco inn and Seaspray... With a few tweaks, this could be a stunner.

This house is a great location and has some spectacular views but the house itself needs a lot of work. Cheap linens (no mattress pads, no comforters), no headboards on beds, broken furniture.. old interior.. bathrooms are old and feel dirty... also the pool had so much chlorine it literally burns your skin and eyes after a minute of being in the water. Kitchen was nice.. if the owner was charging less I’d say it was great but for the price, they definitely need to do some maintenance and invest in some nicer homegoods..
